Melia Caribe Beach Resort Punta Cana, Punta Cana

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic, right by the beach, and I had access to exclusive services like a butler named Teo, the rooms left much to be desired. They were old and not very clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the service was inconsistent, with some staff being great and others seeming less attentive. On the upside, the restaurants offered delicious options, although the breakfast situation could use improvement.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and overall, it had its ups and downs. The location is stunning, perfect for excursions and family fun with the pools and splash park. The staff, especially Teo the butler, were fantastic and really made my stay special. However, I found the rooms a bit inconvenient to access, and the dining experience left something to be desired due to a confusing breakfast situation that felt more like a sales pitch. It’s a solid choice for families, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
